Elaboration

Made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, vinified separately. Entry of the whole grape to avoid oxidation.

Peeled and trampled before incubation.

Fermentation at low temperature to enhance primary aromas. Once the alcoholic fermentation has finished, it is pressed and placed in barrels used for malolactic fermentation. In this way we enhance fruit aromas.

Later aging in barrels for 3 months before being bottled to round off the wine.

Tasting note

In this wine we find the character of Cabernet and the fruit of Merlot. A combination with its own soul.

It is complex, fresh, with fruit. It has an elegant mouthfeel and a spicy aftertaste due to its aging in barrels.
